Shipping Policy

This page describes how LEAFA intends to send orders across India when live checkout opens. This static storefront does not collect payment or dispatch parcels.

Where we ship

We plan to ship to most serviceable pin codes in India. If a location cannot be reached by our courier partners, we will write to you before a live order is packed.

International orders

International shipping is not offered at this time. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Dispatch

Most orders are prepared within two working days of a confirmed payment, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During a launch or a sale, packing may take a little longer.

Working days

Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST, count as working days for the studio. Couriers follow their own calendars.

Delivery estimates

Once a parcel has left the studio, typical transit is:

• Metro cities: 3–5 working days
• Other serviceable pin codes: 5–7 working days
• Remote or delayed routes: up to 10 working days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, festivals, and courier disruptions can add time.

Shipping charges

Complimentary shipping

Orders above ₹999 are intended to travel complimentary within India. The announcement bar on this site reflects that offer.

Standard dispatch fee

Orders below ₹999 may include a modest dispatch fee, shown before you confirm a live order. That fee is not collected on this preview.

Tracking

When fulfilment is live, a tracking note will be sent to the email on the order. Until then, no parcels are in transit from this site.

Failed delivery

If a courier cannot complete delivery after reasonable attempts, the parcel may return to the studio. Write to Leafenterprises4756@gmail.com and we will help arrange a second attempt or a refund of a paid live order.

Damaged in transit

If a live order arrives broken or leaking, keep the packaging and write to us within 48 hours with photographs. We will replace or refund the affected piece.
